Effective October 13, 2026. These Terms of Service and SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Ruleandco Limited Liability Company, doing business as Rule & Co. (“Rule & Co.”).
1. SMS program description
Rule & Co. is a marketing agency for residential painting companies. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Rule & Co. at the mobile number you provided. Messaging use cases: replies to your inquiry or Charter application, appointment scheduling and reminders, onboarding and account notices, billing and payment confirmations, and, if you separately opt in, occasional marketing messages about our services. Messages are sent from (816) 623-1982.
2. How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to (816) 623-1982, or reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To rejoin, text START or opt in again on our website.

4. Message frequency and rates

5. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our SMS program.
7. Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We collect consent through an unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our website forms and chat widget.
8. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing with third parties.
