Ruleandco Limited Liability Company, doing business as Rule & Co. (“Rule & Co.,” “we,” “us”), provides marketing and revenue systems for residential painting companies. This policy explains what we collect through ruleandco.co and our forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect. Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, website, and anything you enter on our forms. Information about your visit: pages viewed, device and browser type, and referring site, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it. To respond to your inquiry, deliver services you sign up for, send account and appointment messages, send marketing you have agreed to receive, and improve our website and services.
Text messages. If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointments, account and service updates, and, if you opt in, marketing. We do not share mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing with third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as messaging and customer-support providers, is permitted only to deliver those services.
Other sharing. We use service providers to run our business (for example our CRM, email, payment, scheduling, and analytics tools). They process data only on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Client account data. When a painting company hires us, data in its ad, analytics, and CRM accounts stays in accounts the client owns. We access it only to deliver the services in our agreement, and we do not use one client’s data for another client.
Retention and security. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your choices. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or unsubscribe from email using the link in any message.
